Michael S. Thomas is a Co-Founder, and the Chief Innovation Officer of Incaendium Initiative Corporation, a technology and development company dedicated to creating solutions to social problems. With a background in Law, Psychology, Healthcare, Biotech and Science, Michael views social problems from the perspective of adapting technology to achieve a better quality of life. Michael who has a BA in Psychology from Marist College and a Juris Doctorate in Law, from City University of New York Queens School of Law, has over 22 years of experience in contract management and negotiations, and 17 years in patent claims drafting. A passionate visionary and inventor, Michael’s current focus is to prototype and launch the Fire Resistant Aerial Vehicle for Suppressing Widespread Fires to deliver non-incendiary methods of fire extinguishment, capable of operating within the midst of the fire environment.
Geoff Bruder

Geoff Bruder, Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer, is an aerospace engineer with a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduate education at Case Western Reserve University and more than 14 years of experience in developing systems for harsh environments. Having held previous positions at NASA Glenn Research Center, a Silicon Valley energy startup, and founding a bioscience startup, Geoff has established himself as an innovator with several publications and 18 patents or applications in a variety of fields. His prior development efforts have yielded technology to function everywhere from the suffocating surface of Venus to the frigid Siberian landscape. He has led technical teams to develop many technologies including the Glenn Extreme Environment Rig for NASA, the largest most capable chamber on the planet able to recreate the surface conditions of Venus, the Thermoacoustic Power System engines for Nirvana Energy Systems, and has been the Principal Investigator on four SBIR efforts for NASA. Geoff has designed, built, and demonstrated acoustic generators, thermoacoustic engines, electronic control systems, novel combustion and burner systems, among other devices. His expertise is in rapid iteration on design concepts and finding novel ways to solve problems and expedite the technical learning process. Dan McCormack ACC

Dan is a seasoned leader and executive coach with experience that includes 21 years as the lead administrator within a 125-person law office with operating results consistently at the forefront of the $2 billion global firm’s standards. Achievements include successfully mentoring staff into effective managers while motivating others to achieve their career goals. Dan’s leadership and communication skills coupled with his operational knowledge, were instrumental in overseeing a three year, $75 million relocation to smaller and modern office space. At the time, the relocation was viewed as the firm’s most successful office relocation including design concepts with improvements in employee morale and engagement. Prior to the legal field, Dan served three years as the CFO and on the Board of Directors of a Health Care Facility. During that time, Dan demonstrated his leadership and organizational development skills as he wrote and implemented the strategic plan that eliminated the prior years of operational deficiencies and strengthened the organization’s ability to provide new and expanded services to the local community. The banking sector is where Dan’s career began and his responsibilities successfully progressed from managing a $30 million branch office, cross selling $75 million in new business loans and eventually credit risk management responsibilities for $100 million in bank assets. Dan earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Management from Northeastern University. Throughout his career Dan has kept paced with industry standards and holds numerous certifications including being an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, Process Improvement and Project Management Certification from Legal Lean Sigma, recognized as a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) by the Association of Legal Administrators as well as earned a Graduate Realtor Institute designation from the National Association of Realtors. For the past 3 years, Dan has been ranked as the number one Executive Coach in Boston by Influence Digest (2020) and Lawyers Weekly (2021, 2022) as well as ranked the number one Management Consultant in Boston by Lawyers Weekly (2021, 2022).
